For Returns & Exchanges

Please notify us of a problem with your order within 21 days after receiving your package.

If you'd like to return an item due to an error on our part, we will either provide pre-paid return shipping or we'll just send you a replacement if you want one. Or we can issue a refund for the item if you don't want a replacement. Either way, you won't have to spend additional money.

If you received your item damaged, please send us a photo and we'll send you a replacement. The exception to this is for international shipping where the cost for us to do that is prohibitive and the likelihood for repeated shipping damage is higher, in which case we would just issue you a refund rather than send a replacement.

About international shipping, we have had great success with customers receiving packages in perfect shape but of course shipping damage is more likely than with domestic shipping. We always do our best to make sure your order - domestic or international - arrives undamaged.

If you simply no longer want the item you purchased or want a different item, we handle that on a case by case basis within 21 days of you receiving the original item. We probably can't resell a poster that's sent back to us. For items that are returned for an exchange or refund, they need to be received by us in sellable condition. Once again, we'll do our best to work with you. We really want you to love our products and have a great shopping experience.
